Refund policy

At The Bunker Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines:


  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Golf clubs and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturer defect.


  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@thebunkerclub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Please provide your order number, item(s) details, and reason for the return or exchange.


  1. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


  1. Refunds and Exchanges:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days.

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and any price difference will be either charged or refunded accordingly.


  1. Store Credit:

- If you prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, we can arrange that upon request.

- Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

 

  1. International Returns and Exchanges:

- International returns and exchanges follow the same guidelines as above.

- Please note that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return or exchange.


  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

- We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
